Refund policy

OVERVIEW

Our policy lasts 14 days after you have received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered and signed for and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges are rejected. We are unable to refund or exchange bespoke orders unless agreed otherwise.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within approximately 2 to 5 working days.

SHIPPING

To return your order, you should email us at info@southjewellery.co.uk. We will email you with our return shipping or drop-off location details along with with further information on how to safely & easily return your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order unless agreed otherwise.

We only accept orders that are returned by UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is guaranteed next working day, GPS tracked, signed for & fully insured.
